The agreement between you and Code With Raman. Plain language, binding.

📅 Last updated: 10 May 2026 ✍️ By Raman Sharma ⏱ 5 min read

By using Code With Raman (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We've tried to keep these simple — but they are a binding agreement.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you're at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the service

Code With Raman provides educational content covering programming languages, databases, cloud, AI, and related technologies. This includes tutorials, interactive code playgrounds, quizzes, and reference material. The Service is provided free of charge and supported by display advertising.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal learning, professional development, and educational purposes. You agree not to:

4. Content and intellectual property

4.1 Our content

All written tutorials, course material, brand elements, design, and proprietary code are owned by Raman Sharma or licensed to us. You may not republish, mirror, or commercially redistribute the tutorial content without written permission.

4.2 Code examples

Code snippets and example programs published in tutorials are released for free use in your personal and professional projects. You don't need to credit us, though it's appreciated. You may not claim authorship of the explanatory text around the code.

4.3 User-generated content

Code you write in the playgrounds and notes you save belong to you. The site stores them only on your device.

5. Playgrounds

The Python and SQL playgrounds run code entirely in your browser using sandboxed engines (Skulpt, sql.js). We do not execute your code on our servers, do not store the code you run, and do not have visibility into what you type. The playgrounds are provided "as is" — they cover a useful subset of each language but are not full production runtimes. Use them for learning, not for production workloads.

6. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertising (e.g., Google AdSense). We do not endorse the products or services advertised, and we are not responsible for content on advertiser pages. Click ads at your own discretion.

7. External links

Tutorials may link to third-party documentation, articles, or tools. We've curated these for quality, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that learning outcomes will be specific to your situation. Your use of any code, advice, or technique from the platform is at your own risk. See our full Disclaimer for more.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code With Raman and Raman Sharma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We may suspend or block access to the Service for any user violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
